The legal basis is the necessity of processing data in connection with the conclusion of the Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR), fulfillment of statutory obligations, in particular tax and reporting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) of GDPR), as well as ensuring contact on ongoing matters related to cooperation and performance of the Contract, and determination, pursuit, and defense against claims, based on the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) of GDPR).

Data Retention Period

Personal data will be processed by the Controller for the duration of cooperation, for the period specified by tax and accounting regulations, and until claims are time-barred as provided by generally applicable law. After the above periods, personal data will be deleted.

Data Recipients

Recipients of your data may be:

• entities authorized by law,
• entities to whom the Controller entrusts the processing of personal data based on agreements concluded under Art. 28 of the GDPR, in order for these entities to provide services to the Controller; these recipients are obliged to keep the data confidential even after their legal relationship with the Controller ends.

When using IT service providers, if their servers are located outside the EEA, personal data may be transferred to third countries or international organizations. Service providers guarantee that any data is transferred to a third country determined by European Commission decision to have an adequate level of data protection, participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or use standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
